Several other exercises are beneficial in reducing belly fat. For example, if we are in the habit of walking fast we end up in reducing our belly fat unknowingly. Similarly, swimming, dancing, skipping all exercises are very beneficial in reducing the fat of our stomach. If you really want to look slim and great but wonder what burns belly fat then you should simply know that eating healthy and fat free food, living an active lifestyle, indulging in cardio vascular exercises and even swimming, dancing etc help a lot in reducing the fat of your belly.
